Go to Mt. Doduck for Earthing

I walk barefoot in Mt. Doduck in South Korea for earthing.

 

Mt. Doduck lies on the Haan-dong, Chulsan-dong, and Gwangmyung-dong,

Gwangmyung-si, Gyeonggi-do.

The height of Mt. Doduck is 183.1m.

It is said that the origin of Mt. Doduck where gathered together the messengers

who is talked about moral doctrine and virtue.

There are a lot of locust trees, oak trees, and pear trees.

Going on hiking boots and taking off my shoes at this point.

Put my shoes in my backpack.

And walk barefoot.

Sometimes I have to walk on gravel roads,

I also have to walk on the loess soil.

The gravel road becomes acupressure,

the loess soil is stable in mind and body.

There are many earthworms on the road.

I also saw two Korean grey squirrels.

So cute.

 

I walked for 30 minutes.

It is an hour to go back for earthing.

When I reach this point, wear shoes.

And I go to the loess room shelter and exercise.

I wanted to build two small loess houses.

One house lives me and my hus, another house'd like  to run a guest house.

But it is not ready, I decided to do Earthing on the loess road.
