When I tried to eat some Hemistepta lyrata, the bitter taste was good.

So I went to the field again to pick them yesterday with my family.

it's also like a pattern.

Humans are inspired by nature.

There are many formal, so we called them 'Jichinggae'.

 

We were picked in one place.

I brought them home and trimmed them.

Boiled and soaked in water for about 12 hours.

And then, I squeezed the water tightly and put them in the freezer.

And I prepared 'Jichinggae bibimbap' in the morning.

I ate with 'Jeyuk-bokkeum' as a source of protein.

Korean food usually takes a lot of hands.

They are halthy food.

 

Wanting to live long and healthy will be everyone's hopeful.
